I have approximately 200-300 of the walleye wings that I have been collecting since I started fishing two and a half seasons ago. I put 25/30 per pack and vacuum seal them. This December we are having a walleye wing night for 15/16 guys during our hunt week
Sorry for digging up an old thread but I’m looking to find out how you prep these? Do you skin or scale them? Seems like tough to skin.
Any advice please.
