Hi! Any tips on fishing the Upper French? Got an invite from some friends for later this summer and found your pics googling around. Ideally I'd be focused on muskies but there will be some kids along so may just be looking for anything that will bite :)

Hey USCJim99. We spent many years doing a trip to Hartley Bay. We were locked between the flat rapids and the dallas rapids and the bad rapids. We mainly focused on Muskies. We did well in any neck down area with current. That was our main focus. Train trussel, flat rapids, bad river, & dallas rapids. Pickeral are pretty much everywhere in the 25 to 30ft range. Pike are in every bay with weeds.

Smallmouth are on any shoal.
Few largies in this section but there are some in the weedy bays.
