As one of the four guys in the boat, I’m really curious to what we were doing wrong and why we should be reported, can someone please explain?

Caught a pike and 10 keeper perch

Nice going. I saw you anchored, looked like about 8-9 ft. of water. I think it's a good spot as the current crosses there. They say that you gotta' have ice to settle out the water for the perch to come into the bay or a boat and no ice. I see that you are now Self Reporting. Keep up the good work, Fishing and Reporting.
How many Tip-ups can each person use in this case?
