hi guys woundered when people start trying for smelt.. all this warm weather has me thinking...

A few evenings ago, i was down and netted 3. I went down this aft & just got 1 sucker.

Nice it it sounds like its time to hit port bruce afterwork one day this week. Ive never tried in bruce should i wade in off the beach or try from end of pier?

A bad days fishing better than good days work.

I have a 6' x 6' dip net so I'm dipping off the pier or breakwall. I have seen people wade in at the main beach in Stanley.
