Any reports on the saint Clair river?
Thinking of heading down Sunday morning early to jig the mouth.

Have tied the fall run the last couple years but could never put together a productive day. Everyone seems to run that 500 yard drift around the green marker, then repeat, jig long plastics with stingers.
Has anyone had luck trolling out deeper for coho or walleyes this time of year?

Got 4 on weds early morning, smaller jacks the females haven’t shown up yet. Jigging the deep run 55-70 fow

There's definitely walleye in the area, just gotta figure them out. I will be trying soon myself but no, haven't heard anything.....Coho this time of year would likely be juveniles and barely worth the effort....

Was out last night from shore. 6 went home with me, all 17-18 inches. 1 knock off pulling it up and 3 went back, only about 14 inches. No bigger ones yet in close.
