@scrimmy myself not yet,because I haven’t been out on lake erie boating yet this year,(only on lake huron),but I hope to change that next week as the winds look a little more favourable for boating for lake erie & maybe a rainbow or two on!! I will keep in touch. ? ????

Caught two a week ago Friday on worm harness out of Port Glasgow
One large one broke me off on second jump

Driftrunner, how many feet of water and how deep were the bows?

Caught them all in 32 to 35 feet of water
Caught 2 on 3 colour lead core and one on dipsey 3 setting 65 feet back
trolling about 2 mph on gps

Took my sister Saturday morning and she caught a nice rainbow in the Grand river near Brantford. She was very pleased as it was her first trout ever.

Hi Scrimmy. I am fishing out of Glasgow tomorrow. Perhaps if you are out we could be in contact via VHF? What is your vessel name? I will be on Freckles Lite. Plan to launch 8-8:30.
