The four of us launched at 345
We started catching almost right away
I was able to get all four rods in before we got our first fish which is a little un usual lol
I had to make a few adjustments but once I found where they were and what colours they wanted we got all 4 rods firing. Early on we lost a few with some silly mistakes and net fumbling. One Walleye got tossed back by mistake when my friend dropped him and he flopped off the windshield and back in the water hahahaha
Got a bow and than missed the bow
At one point I thought it got off so I figured he was swimming towards me so I started to reel really fast to catch up then he jumped right in front of me and got off
that was the only bow we saw for the night.
After we got our limit and packed everything up I decided to jump into the perfectly still water in 69 feet of water we were probably 12-14miles out I couldn’t find the weather buoy but we were slightly east of the buoy
We were more than half way to the border I could see it on my gps
We ended up keeping 24 threw back 6 tiny ones a seventh was the accidental toss back
Hahaha 3 got off close to the boat and 1 fumble..
67 and 68 feet of water was best
Dipsy 3 setting set at 80 and 85 took a bunch
0.5 setting set at 65 took the most
Colourful spoons were the best
Superman
Jagerbomb
Moonshine wonderbread
And some silver streak purple orange shiny caught the most not sure of the name
it was a good night that was topped off with fire works!
