Come home to beautiful Port Glasgow. A mix of single detached, semi-detached, townhouse, and low-rise homes on the shores of Lake Erie by the Port Glasgow Yacht Club & Marina. Construction starts in Summer 2024 by Farhi Developments.

Wayne Scrimshaw (scrimmy): They do not have the infrastructure to make this work. Water, sewers, hydro etc, etc. I would not worry too much as Farhi now owns the land and he does not build anything.

Matthew Sawrie: Next will be the noise complaints from the new home owners because people are launching and talking at 5 am

Kevin Summers: Be surprised if this goes through. Already one abandoned sub division west or Glasgow

NOTE: There are more development plans on the books for Port Glasgow and area.

And what Matthew Sawrie says will be true. Next will be the noise complaints from the new home owners because people are launching and talking at 5 am or complaints of boat motors making to much noise when boat fishermen 1st fire up their engines. The writing is on the wall. Just like those who have built houses near train tracks and complain about the noise from the trains. Duh!

He will make big money. No ifs ands or butts about it. Justin has committed to hand taxpayer checks for any and all developments for his newcomers. Low income or rental even bigger checks. If he can allocate 20 percent as “retirement community”,, the bigger the $$$

It’s quite simple…. Supply and demand. 1.2 million new arrivals in just 2023 demand housing…. Rental rates are up 12-15 percent in Ontario. Wonder why…

He’s a narcissist and narcissist never see their own faults. That’s why that 🤡 thinks he will win another election.
Only way that happens is if he successfully censors all those or protest him. He already has the media paid off again. We’ll see what happens. Might be time to leave Canada if that happens
