Made our annual trip to the north country for some walleye and pike action. The fishing was pretty steady, with a lot of smaller pike and walleye in the mix. We fished points, shoals and weed bed edges in 9-17 feet of water. Most of the fish were caught on jigs and lindy rigs baited with minnows, worms and leeches. Biggest walleye of the trip was a 27 incher that weighed 6lbs.
