its go time this weekend for me had to work last weekend
you buy the MI lic on line the price went through the roof 76 bucks.
you can buy daily ones for 10 bucks for 24 hours a much better deal if not over that much [I got my yearly ]

Well, 3 days later and two of us just finished off the smoked pork. Unhealthy? Probably. Do we care? No

A 10lb turkey, that's currently being brined, has a date with the smoker tomorrow.

The following weekend I am going to do some salmon/trout fillets and plan on making some salmon pepperoni sticks too. Everything else tastes great when made into meat stick, why not try the same with salmon?
