Decided to have walleye for supper. Tried something different. Soaked the fillets in egg,milk,garlic and hot sauce. Used bbq chips and fish crisp for the breading. Pan fried in butter in a cast iron fry pan. YUMMY

WOW!! @jeweller they look delicious & are there any? left?? lol ? I am going to be taking some walleye filet’s out of my freezer right now,and I will be trying out your recipe next!! Thanks for sharing & I am looking forward to a “YUMMY” meal soon!! ???
