If you have extra syrup, one of my favourites is syrup on vanilla ice cream.

Got me on it too, definitely where junk food addiction come from

My father was determined for sweetness.

Black tea, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sugar. If it isn't sweet I'd rather have cold water.

Lyle's Golden Syrup, kept in the fridge so he only needed one spoonful to get enough. LOL

@hvyhaul I put 6 pieces of your french toast in front of @stomp just now and his walkway is going to be a trek about 5km to burn it off. Oh yeah, and I devoured a "few" myself! ????

I wasn't lying, if restaurants used it they couldn't keep up to the demand. ????

OMG, this board's gonna be the death of me! How long has it been since Ms Stomp got this forum happenin? Two, three months? I have yet to read a recipe that hasn't had me salivating by the time I read the whole thing. Now the challenge is to find some good maple syrup while under the new lockdown rules.
