fresh tortilla sliced tomato, gouda cheese, and lightly fried marlin
I added a line of mayo and an extra dash of seasoning

ya the limit is one marlin per boat..I took 3 slabs off the loin..
the rest divided between the 2..nothing goes to waste..

Yes you guys got it ..."fresh caught marlin" thats what the Rosita family said last time in Puerto Lopez with the marlin we caught.. it is so good cooked fresh..

@stomp the lettuce is Popyeye spinach..lol the price for a 284 gram bag is 42.50 pesos =$3.15 CA

getting grocerys is really good here ...less then a 10 minute walk..huge selection..good quality...I got help from a few locals yesterday on picking out the fish seasonings..I tried the one last night HIERBAS CAMPO on the marlin..yep tasty..

I got 2 more large slabs of marlin fillet to cook up ...tonight & tomorrow night..
