Off Topic Covid prices on used boats

I bought my new boat early. Started the process in January. Marina Shores had some new 2019 Lunds in stock still so I snagged one. Same boat in 2021 model are around 5-6k more (if you can find one).

Good luck finding motors for boats ordered after December 2020 as well. (Separate or on packages once stock is sold) it’s going to be a mess if anyone has insurance claims on current boats etc. Nothing until 2022 and prices through the roof!

Can't go wrong with a Honda atv. I have a pioneer great little rig.

We found a dealer in North Bay that says he can guarantee May delivery of a 2021 Pioneer 520 and they are only a 45 minute drive for pick up so it looks like that’s the way we’re going. I’m sure it will get well used!

A friend of mine us looking for a boat. So I of course periodically check kijiji and other sites, and today I found this. Same year like mine, same motor, same garbage trolling motor, just 2 ft longer. Priced like a brand new boat.

My suggestion to my friend was to make a very nice offer for undisclosed amount of money, ask the seller to pay for a steak dinner and, to say this politely, also pick up a bill for an escort service 😊

$42,500 for an almost 10 year old legend? Yikes! Bend over...lol.

I was going to sell my Grady-White Freedom 255 last year and go bigger. But then thought I would wait. Still don't think I want to sell but it's crazy to me that a new Lund is priced at what I paid for my new Grady in 2015.

I had that 2013 Legend... thought I did well selling it in 2015 for what I paid for it. Which was 35k.

I was looking all winter and prices are insane, finally found a 1994 StarCraft islander 191 with newer 9.9 Merc kicker for $8 today my bro found same one without kicker and rougher shape for $17

Yeah, and it's in Quebec. If they drive boats like they do cars it'll be junk by now. LOL
