Bruce/Burwell Eyes

Any word on whether or not walleye are in around Burwell or Bruce? FOW?

Troll in 52 fow slightly east of burwell. They are there.

The walleye have been here in Burwell for a while. They are now on the feed 40 to 50 find fish troll there. They are in small pods out there.

I can confirm what others are saying.

Saturday....



 This is 29.5 inches, just over 7 lbs at home.

A good first day on the water with some silver bass, a farm animal, numerous losses and a decent number into the boat.

Side note, apparently Walleye are allergic to my lead core. It caught almost all of the undesirables.

Lots of walleye out of Pt Glasgow as well. Most around 2 1/2 to 3 pounds today with one monster at 28 inches that was released.

Out of Burwell straight off the pier in 45 FOW. Lots of marks at 35 FOW but couldn’t manage to bring any in. Didn’t look like anyone around was catching much
