So glad I didn't read this BEFORE I WENT OUT...if I did, then i'd likely have missed one of the better days I've had...near ever. (note, scratch the Bouk49ers app off my phone).

We went out of Port Bruce about 7am on Sunday. The Bouy was saying 1.6 so twice that. The NE wind was also picking up and I heard at the ramp there were 3’ rollers at 55 fow. So with my 16.5’ StarCraft we never went past 42’. Earlier reports said they did well around 40’ so we concentrated around there. Couldn’t punch that 2nd limit by 1pm so we went home with 9 eyes. The pounding in the early morning took its tole. Got one on the rigger with nascar. Four on the lead core and 4 on the dipsy. Both dragging black&gold RRF. It was a great day. The ramp was getting real busy as we were leaving because the lake was laying down.
