Are you suppose to have something under the plank when bbqing with one?
I???ve only cooked on one once and I put it directly on the grill.
 
I bought two boards the other day
Haven???t used them yet
But have been waiting for a delicious catch like that to use it???
Was planning for fishing Sunday but not sure of the storms now
We will see ????????
 
Today I didn't have time to set the glaze (final number) as The Wife was watching grandkids tonight.

These were sides, not my fav, so it was 2 1/2 hrs open, almost 2 hrs wrapped and then we ate.

Getting the outside tacky(sticky) would have made them better than the simply tender and juicy as they were.

I prefer backs,. more meat and they cook a little quicker. More like 2 2 1. ????
