I've read a couple of posts here about air fryers and it seems most people are happy with them. I'm looking for a less messy and hopefully healthier way to cook my fish vs deep frying. Before I take the plunge I was hoping for some real life experience from the pros on this board ! What's everybody's experience been cooking fish in one of these things ? Can you coat them the same way you do when you deep fry them (dry coating)? Is there much of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out how to use these things ? Any and all input is/would be appreciated.
