Oh!! That’s your son?? I recognized the quad, but not the ice hut!! I thought that someone else had a quad like that!! lol He just borrowed my ice scoop!! He forgot his ice scoop!! lol@Jumbojim my son just called me and he’s fishing out of the Old Cut. Apparently he says there is about 1” of water on the ice. He took the wooden hut down and I told him if it’s like that all over, he better move in or get off the ice. Don’t know exactly how far out he is, but I assume he’s not far because of the weight of the quad
Yes he must of @stomp she is very cute & polite as she handed the ice scoop back to me that Brandon borrowed.Did he upgrade his fishing partner today @Three Bouys ?

Nice catch @Jumbojim I would be proud of that catch!! Enjoy your perch fry,my friend!!Thanks again @Hooked on Ice was a better day lots of action just not enough big ones. Was a grand day to be out. Looking like we might get a bit of snow hopefully not to much getting harder to walk a klm out on the ice for me, thanks for walking up the hill for your truck and the ride up
Today was definitely better than Thursday was. That Pike went for my slab grabber 2 times, just couldn't get him to commit. So I threw him a bigger spoon with a treble hook, he was on it almost right away. I just forgot to check the drag on my reel, I think he just tore himself off the hook. Thanks again @Hooked on Ice was a better day lots of action just not enough big ones. Was a grand day to be out. @stomp he did upgrade today. You might have meet her at the cottage. She’s home for a couple of days from Parry Sound. But I’m sure the fishing action won’t be as hot as it was the other I never went as I was out plowing from midnight to 7:00 am.Did he upgrade his fishing partner today @Three Bouys ?
Hey Jim looks like you're going to be real busy with all the snow that's coming in the next few days. The Cat will be working overtime.@stomp he did upgrade today. I'm just watching Highway Thru Hell, it looks like fun for you big rig guys as well. Be careful out there Stephen over the next few days.Oh joy oh bliss.
Something to look forward to. Lots of snow.
I need to retire, lol, it just isn't nearly as much fun anymore.
It is going to be a long night Bob. I was just informed that when I get my route done I need to start again. I have 9 locations to plow, 2 public schools, community center, senior center, plaza center and Hydro 1 lot which is just north of the town. These locations are high priority that must be plowed before opening. My route averages 7-9 hrs depending on accumulations and was told don’t be so meticulous on the first round of plowing. Now that there will be hard to doHey Jim looks like you're going to be real busy with all the snow that's coming in the next few days. The Cat will be working overtime.
