Family fave. Call it fish tacos. Tacos, tortillas burritos. Anyway you cut it, this time of year with fresh peppers and cilantro from the garden it's damn fine food. Found the corn tortillas at one of the local grocery stores. Immediately became the tortilla of choice.. corn on the BBQ to top it off. Batter is a home made blend of panko, various seasoning, and flour. Dip the fish in the mix dry then dip in egg and milk, re dip and cook. AL Bundy belt loosener supper
