It used to marker the water intake pipe for Port Rowan. It used to be somewhere in this area for many years. End of summer 2023/ fall 2023 it mysteriously ended up way out there. I’m assuming it came untied and got hung up on a log or something.
It has been a great perch honey hole this spring. We pulled 105 keepers off it a few weeks ago
