was going fishing today but is it too windy

I'm still not real good at telling what is too much wind from home before I get to the bay I was going to head out from delhi around 930
it does seem a bit wind in my yard that is open to the feild


so is it too windy I have a 16ft tiller alum boat
 
The wind has picked up a lot in the past hour and is now at ~25 kms / hour and I'm sure that the gusts are higher. And it's darn cold, too:
