Fished walleye & pike in Saskatchewan with family again this year. It was probably the best year ever. The walleye typically range from 1-3 pounds and the pike 2-10 pounds but they are plentiful and catching your limit is not an issue. Our best bite was Thursday evening and while we didn't count we estimated that we caught and released a minimum of a walleye a minute for 2 consecutive hours.

I am sure you've cleaned up those SK lakes:)
Not that you have warmed up got to see what we can do on the near by lakes...

Hi all.

Nice, Duck Soup. Those pctures of 16 inch Walleyes are perfect. They are perfect to clean, cook and eat. Not too small for a meal and not too large that they cook uneven. The perfect eater I like to call them.

I am looking forward to my trip North and your pictures just me more excited.

Thanks for posting.

Cheers, Clark
