Walker equipment what are they

I have these pieces on them it says walker ez adder I suspect for down riggers to some how add lines Since I don’t have down riggers just curious as to what they are for

I don’t use them but they could be sliders, adds second line on down riggers.

Like a stacker that hooks over downriger cable and depth is adjusted by amount of line let out, when fish hits or manually released they go down to the cannon ball and stop there to be collected when ball is raised. Didn't work all that well and haven't been around for at least 30 years.
