Been tryi g a few wafgle recipes now and again i think its nailed down now so much so couldnt keep them on the plate long enough for a picture. It made 10 waffles and filled 3 of us pretty good not a fan of the chocolaite chips in there. Best batch weve made yet. Considering my mum had to borrow my insulin to keep indulging witch hasnt happend on the last few batches so i think we got a keeper
2 cups all pourpose flour
2 Tbs white sugar
2 tsp backing powder (just now relized like 98% sure i put 2 tablespoons)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (i did 1tsp)
2 cups low fat buttermilk
1/3 cup of butter (measure solid then melt)
2 large eggs (i did 3 small)
Then vanilla extract to tase recipe calls for 1tsp i probably ended with a tbls
Mix dry ingredients together
Mix milk melted butter and vanilla
- what i have done now is sperate the egg whites and beat the whites till peaking or frosty
-add eggs to milk and butter
Slowly Add wet to dry and mix untill slightly lumpy and smooth
I have changed the recipe by whipping the egg whites and also having all my wet ingrediants at room temputre i think those have helped the out come
Also addig 2 tablespoons of baking powder didnt hurt at all so i will keep that measurment.
