Todays the day ! " Brisket"

Up at 445am preheat smoker and season the meat and the brisket is in the smoke... Going to be a long day but the end result hopefully pays off.
 
Thanks for all your input hvyhaul,(I seen yours and couldn't resist). Everyone truly loved it, the meat was so tender and juicey. My sister offered to buy the next 1 if I'll smoke it again!
Can't wait....
