Storage Cover Cleaner

My storage cover was looking pretty nasty after this summer keeping the boat covered..it didnt get out cause of numerous home renos, traveling, etc. Anyways, its was covered in green and black algae mildew mould from rain, etc. I used the power washer on a wide spray to get the crust off but remained heavily stained.
I made up a mix of
2 cups of the power washer soap..the stuff for cleaning siding, decks, etc...
3 cups bleach.
1/g gallon of water.
Into a pump sprayer. I soaked the cover with the mix, let it sit for 20 mins, soaked again, let it work for another 30 mins, then rinsed. Heres the result..I am amazed..its like new. Ill spray a coat of sealant, then done.

Hi DaveJ. Use Starbrite Waterproofing Spray. Great sfuff and beads-up after any rain. I got mine at Dowsar Marine Supplies in Hamilton. One spray bottle does the whole cover. Good luck.
