Stanley Buoy,s in

heres an email and reply I got and recieved May 14 2020 last season for what I requested for stanley bouy deployment dates

Thank you for sending your message to Environment and Climate Change Canada. The Port Stanley buoy is supposed to be picked up today by the Canadian Coast Guard and be deployed tomorrow. Unfortunately, there are no plans to deploy the Lake St. Clair buoy at the moment as we are waiting to receive a working transmitter. Once we receive the transmitter, we will make the best effort with the Canadian Coast Guard to have the buoy repaired and deployed.

I suggest someone else can email the Enviroment Canada and you will most likely get an answer for the stanley bouy date and you could post it..
The Stanley buoy is already up and running....I think that was the OP's point.
