St. Williams Warf 1959

My wife was born and raised in St Williams and used to swim and fish off the warf.

She remembers two men, Tug and Ty Helmer ran party boats out of St Williams.

After being gone from St Williams for over fourty years, we went

back to fish off the St Williams warf last summer and it was gone!

Can anyone tell us what happened to the good old warf???

The warf became rotten and the MNR. had no money to fix it up ,and did not want to keep it up. It is a shame to let landmarks disappear.
