Spring g?Pt Bruce Perch Fishing

When do we typically start picking up the fist perch out of Bruce in the spring.

Can wait!!! to get the boat out.
 
You are not alone, I think my first time out last year was around Fathers day. Hoping to give it a try around end of april if all goes well.
 
A little off topic .Still lots of ICE at RONDO was there Monday with family and did well with the perch lots of dinks with the odd jumbo. monster pike and bass for release ice is still 16 inches atv travel the best way as lots of water and slush on ice.Then bring on the soft water. CHEERS
