Somewhere over the Rainbow

Dug up a bag of rainbow and charcoal grilled it with lemon pepper. (salty spice mix somehow from source)

I need a little more practice with the Cowboy brand charcoal, it burns a little differently than what I normally used.

I liked it, The Wife wasn't too fussy on it so I had more leftovers than usual.

I think the next bag will be with Soy and Maple Syrup.

That cowboy stuff burns hot but not for a long time I find.

That cowboy stuff burns hot but not for a long time I find.

The top of my garbage can of cowboy looks to be made up of a lot of plank/boards, not the usual mixture of lumps.

I also found it has an unpleasant "gas off" as it progresses from ignition through to cooking ember state.
