Just when you think you've heard it all......maybe they need to have beach users blow in a breathalyzer before entering the area.

Her friends perhaps should have been a little more diligent in looking out for her well being knowing her condition. However, most importantly, she was found safe and unharmed. Now, on a business and resource sense, I can only say this...pay up! If people were held accountable and responsible for the monetary recovery for these rescues, perhaps they may think twice...wishful thinking!
