It was no stop action from the time the first rod hit the water at 8 30 till a 4 man limit by 930. We changed our program at 20 fish to look for bigger ones as we were in the Port Burwell pickle tournament. We spent the next 3 hours we sorted fish looking for something to weigh in for big fish and heavy box.We muscled our way out to 67 and spun around to ride the surf back in. Usual body baits and lead core worked for us. Blues orange gold purple green colors were top producers. We ended the day with a strong finish at 3rd and only behind 1st by 4 pounds. All in all great day great derby , fun was had by all and good eats to boot.
