Port Stanley tomorrow

Took Monday off when I saw the forecast, going to put my new boat in the water tomorrow at Port Stanley.

Most of it will just be breaking the engine in, but I will try trolling with some rods mounted on the T top just to get used to it.

Anyway... is there any point actually trying to catch fish yet? Perch, walleye, rainbows?

East in front of the pumping station or off little beach south of the rocks usually produces in the summer....this time of year you'll just have to do some searching. Likely will be a slow soft bite

That's a great idea, i'll check the weather. The other thought might be to put in at Mooretown and drive up the river.

There is a fishing tug from Port Dover, fishing out of Port Stanley, heard he is doing VERY well!
