Port Stanley Perch Report

Went out today by the popular Pump station just east of the harbour for 2.5 hours.
Fished from 16 to 37 fow. No fish. Surface wate temp 59F.

went to pumping station thursday morning got 14 keepers. 32 feet of water was a slow morning lite bite

 

[Seaswallows]

Was out yesterday (friday) and got skunked. Tried E and W. 24-32 FOW seemed like everyone out there was getting nothing.

Went out today (Sat) W by the silo from 26-32 fow and got one small one, got bored and blasted out to 50ft to try trolling for piks (I hear they’re out deeper but didn’t have much time) didn’t paint anything on the finder and got skunked.. pretty slow going out of Port Stanley. Fun times ?

Went East out of Stanley slow rolled along in a S pattern. Started at the pumping station and saw absolutely nothing on the finder. Started to rain which gave me a perfect reason to go to the dock. 25-48’
