Made it to port about 10:30 , forecast was incorrect of coarse.
A 3 footer every 5 waves so it was a bit bumpy to get out say 6 mile to 60 ft, made a turn to roll with them and set the pilot to hold coarse.
Fish activity swimming in 30-40 ft .
Gold dipsey on 3 , with a copper backed spoon , can’t think of the name .
80 ft of line, and maybe 5 minutes, fish on.
Put it back but down maybe 5 minutes again and fish on.
Ran a second dipsey green torpedo with grease chicken, 75 ft out but did not have enough time.
Spent some time after catching the two with the release tripping so reseting that a few times.
Waves were a bit too much for my daughters friend which was fine when I left I knew there could be issues as not everyone can handle it even on my craft.
But I had her land her 2nd fish ever before she felt ill, so mission accomplished.
So a 20 minute troll and 2 fish same colour win win,
