Not a bad day. Launched out of port weller and never fished the south side before

Me and neighbor dropped 4 rods at 40 feet. Kept the spread spaced from top to bottom varying as it got deeper. 5 kings in between 40-60 feet.. biggest maybe 17 lbs. All caught green salmon candy flasher and green fly.

One MASSIVE king mid 20’s lost boatside and another immediately after in 40 feet of water again. One on the green flasher and fly, one on the “Jimmy Hoffa”

3 cohos from 180 FOW and 160. All went home to their mommies .

4 rod-pops but nuthin there..

BUT! I handed the wheel to the neighbor in front of the river and he’s got HORRIBLE direction. We trolled for maybe 2-3 miles onto the USA side for quite a while. Do people get nailed for such stuff???

“Asking for a Neighbor”.

Flies and heat were brutal. No waves. Lots of boats.

You could have some interesting conversations if you are caught with lines in the water and no license. It's only 50 US for a license last I checked. Well worth it if you do lots of trips to the bar, or have directionally challenged co pilots.

You have a picture of the green flasher
10 inch flasher.... 24 inch lead to the fly
