Port burwell tomorrow

Looking to take my girlfriend out tomorrow for some perch. Looks like chance of thunderstorms but I'm wondering if it will be just high humidity. Wind looks like a south 20. Driving almost 2 hours. Any opinions if the lake will be boatable?

should be ok my weather network is calling for 8 KM/H out of the SE in the morning just cloudy then in the afternoon 16 KM/H out of the south

are you saying thats what you hear how the winds will be ? Or just giving advice on not going out with 20km/h winds from the south. I just want to make sure my weather channel is accurate

ok i am using 1weather app on phone that gives morning afternoon and evenings forecasts.

weather network shows you hourly. They are saying windy and chance of thunderstorms

Use sailflow or windfinder. They are pretty accurate.

so what do you guys think is it worth the trouble driving down in the morning

To me the deciding factor to not go is the two hour drive to port. Then you have a 10-15 mile boat ride. If you lived locally it'd be a no- brainer to give her a go if you got to the dock and it looks good
