Does anyone have a feel for how much our very cold and long winter will delay the arrival of the perch run, if at all ??

i was there last week and talked to a few guys on the pier who had about 6 nice ones
went down yesterday to have a look but was so muddy and big waves so wasnt even worth tossing a line in
