Does anyone know where to get a county license for hunting pheasants and rabbits this year?

FYI this past weekend a dog was severely injured at release site #1. It was alleged someone laid broken glass across a trail in three different spots and the dog cut it???s leg badly and required emergency surgery to reattach it???s tendons. Be careful out there people are crazy.
