Is their anyone around Port Burwell that cleans Perch?
 
that's cool I usually manage to leave a little bit of the dorsal and back fin when I clean my perch
 
Try an electric filet knife. You can whip off two filets in the time it took to watch that video. That being said I've never seen a perch done that way. Looks like zero waste. Very neat.
 
I've been limiting out in Bruce quite a bit. I'm hearing Burwell is slow.
