Perch Port Burwell Report

For what its worth my buddy was out sat out sat. and they got 2 man limit 100 perch all good size . The secret was they only hit if you was 4 feet off the bottom .
I don't normally give out this info , but perch fishing has been so hard this year , thought I would share this with you .
Don't hold my feet to the fire as fish do move .

Interesting, that seems pretty shallow! I was marking lots of perch and getting them off downriggers last week (not intentionally) in about 43ft. Good news is they were all 10in+.

We caught them at 40 fow, 3-4 ft off the bottom hitting aggressively for about an hour. But after that, they were at the bottom hitting very lightly.
