Hows the perch fishing out of Burwell Sandhills or Hasting not much talk about it

I haven't been out for the perch lately allen12 but talked to a buddy today and his info is the perch r slow east of burwell

Was at the end of the sandhills on the East side next to Clear Creek.
I was jigging to hope to get some perch but only got walleye in 30 feet

Some friends of mine went east of Burwell and never caught a perch in 6 hours. A few Gobies and that was it.
