TH Marine no longer makes this but I thought i'd reach out here for ideas. Either used or new. Any ideas?

@Puggz... Would something like this work for you. I don't know why the amazon.ca links won't work but if you type in 3 or 4 way battery terminals in search many options will show for you.

My batteries have 4 terminals, ordinary and wing nut.

I added these guys (amazon) to add multiple fuse protected circuits at the terminal.

Negatives are just a junction terminal.🌻

I've had 2 on my boat for about 4 years but I wouldn't buy them again. If you do them too tight the black or red plastic wing nut keeps turning and they don't tighten enough

I just finished this upgrade the other day. And to think I had that bird's net of wires tied to my cranking battery.

Now all I'll have is the motor, charger and the supply lines to a shut off then to this distribution block.

Yeah that looks good with the bolts that go right through a hole in the connector. The comment above that the threads strip is spot on… those connectors are so soft that the threads in them are easy to damage.

How do you determine what size fuse is required?
Pretty much all the circuits put to this junction block had fused circuits, so I just used what was there.

The old bird's net system had fuses hidding all over the boat. Tracing a problem would have been a royal pain and I said that just won't do. Correcting that bird's net problem allowed me to double down by putting all the fuses in one easily accessible place.

The new electrical equipment, the manufacturer of said equipment provide a fuse value recommendation, so I went with that.

The circuits I added (functional ambient lighting {LED}, electric horn, battery voltage readers, accessory port, USB ports) that I had no reference to I errored on the light side, I estimated amperage draw. I know I would have tested if I was doing for someone else but for me I said close enough. I'd much sooner a fuse blow to easily then have a problem where a circuit over heats and possibly causes fire.

Nice work Windy. Where did you buy your terminal block with fuse from ?
Terminal block is from Blue Sea Systems. They have a wide range of quality marine terminal blocks to suit your needs.

I can't speak for other brand quality, regardless of price, but BSS I give a five star rating. One of the things I really like about it is the hold down screws are robust. You can torque them down without worry of stripping the screw or the screwdriver slipping out of the screw head making a mess of the screws.

I bought mine from Bridge Yachts in Port Dover, I think it was $64, either way cheaper than Amazon, but then again Dover is close for me.

Later today I'll snap a picture of the finished install.

Oh, mine only came with two spade bit fuses. The cover holds two spare fuses....but if you don't use all the circuit ports you could use the open ports to hold more spare fuses.

Any marina or automotive supply retailer, Canadian Tire included will sell the fuses if you need some.
