Old Cut Marina Ltd. Parking and Access Update 2013

The Old Cut Marina is offering permit parking on its own property. We would again like to welcome Jimmi Riggin Ice Hut Rentals. Jim is operating his business from the marina property. We have created 2 new No parking Zones in order for his customers, ours and the public to have a safe experience at the marina. We are providing a Jimmi John, secure parking and maintenance for the access road. Please be advised that Norfolk EMS and the OPP require emergency access to the property and bay. Therefore 2 lanes are needed. In order to ensure we comply with this we have employees on site to help direct traffic etc. These people expect to be paid, hence we charge for parking on our property. Ray still owns the Old Cut Boat Livery. The Marina and the livery are not connected in any way. We are offering free parking for ice fishing season.
