Well as a charter boat we are liable for the well being of our clients and having a commercial licence Captains certified through transport Canada we will not jeopardize there safety. Yes if you choose to fish in rough seas go for it I did it for a long time in a 17ft boat 22 miles out winds out of the ene at 15 + knots just hoot coming back to port been there done that no thanks .
