Oem bellows repair kit

Looking for suggestions for Oem Mercury bellows repair kit. Apha one Gen 2 drive
My research says the part number is 30-803099t.

I am a very hands on guy and there isn't much that I can't fix,,, but replacing the three bellows on an Alpha outdrive is one of them. It's a job for someone that has the proper tools and adhesive and knowledge. I think it would be money well spent.

I am a retired Volvo mechanic and your right, the first time I looked at this job I paid a guy to replace it. It was the first time in my life that I paid someone to do mechanical work. I'm thinking this time I would scratch a knuckle and let some #%&**!! words fly.lol
