I've had 3 meals of fish this week including on the Erie roller-coaster yesterday soooooooooo,
I really enjoyed my steak the other day and figured, let's do it again. Problem was, only thin store pre cut steaks to be found.
BBQ baked taters, carrots with dill, creamed (well 2% anyway) onions and fast seared (550*) Sirloin Grilling Steak, whatever that is.
Not as good as the Prime Rib steak, but definitely tender and edible
