We're looking to stock up for a while and was wondering what kind of prices people are paying in the area and where you've had good luck with buying large amounts of meat.

Any tips when placing such an order?

Not sure where you live, but I usually purchase a 1/2 at Norwich Packers in Norwich. It won't be cheap but you will enjoy it. Good luck

Miedema Meats in Villanova has always been good to me.

Hansons Meats in Cayuga on HWY 3 is good. Can't remember the price but it was a very good deal.

Check out Norfolk Packers in St Williams. They kill and process pork, but also have access to beef.
