We headed up to Pigeon Lake for the opener.
It was busy up there, the bite was slow. we landed one 35" ski on sat. with 4 follows and one 37"on sun. Fished hard, long hours into the wee hours of the pm. one decent eye on a jig also. How was the bite for other people???

Love it up on pigeon, havnt been in a few years. We got a heavy 37" a 34" and a couple 24"ers on st clair . Spent a fortune on lures n plugs n tails this winter and got all fish on dew worm harness go figure

fish were off the weeds and not really interested in bitting.

I got my first( in long point bay) small musky a week ago...perch fishin at the time....

We were up at Pigeon as well. Only 2nd time fishing it for skis. Nothing Saturday, lost one in the high 30's on Sunday right at the boat. Was trolling on the east side of gannon narrows. Amazing there are fish there with the ridiculous amount of boat traffic.
